Return POLICY
We want to make sure that you love what you ordered, but if you don’t like the color or design or the product looks different than the picture, let us know immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We are always ready to give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style. Returns or Exchanges are not free.
Return Terms and Conditions:
- All returns must reach us within 14 days of the original delivery/shipment date. Any returns after 14 days will not be accepted. No exceptions.
- Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- Return will not be accepted for Saree, Lehenga Saree, or Lehenga Choli with custom-stitched blouses.
- No returns on any final sale items, no exceptions.
- Items must be in selling condition, not worn, and folded properly in the original packaging attached with the tag. Without the tag attached to the item, we will not accept any returns/exchanges. No Exceptions.
- Please provide the Packing Slip / Invoice inside the return box else your refund might be delayed.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We don't accept returns for Saree, Lehenga Saree, or Lehenga Choli with custom-stitched blouses. No returns or exchange on Saree, Lehenga Saree, or Lehenga Choli with custom-stitched blouses. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Payment made with money order, personal cheque and bank transfer will be refunded by cheque. Shipping Cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Payment made with Zelle will be refunded through Zelle.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read the following exchange policy carefully.
Return your purchase to our return address (within 14 days of your order delivery date). Return shipping will be paid for by the customer.

If your exchanged product price is more than the product that you have bought before then we will email you an invoice of the outstanding balance. We will ship your exchanged product once you pay the outstanding balance.
If your exchanged product price is less than the product you have bought before then we will refund you the remaining balance back to your credit or debit card.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We cannot offer merchandise returns/exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
